White Instruments does not require a return authorization (RMA) for warranty or out-of warranty repairs. HOWEVER, we may not have the necessary parts to make repairs on many discontinued models. If you need repairs made to a discontinued model, you need to CALL FIRST in order to asertain the problem and our ability to make the repair.
Current models include: All ParaMedics, All 4700s, Model 4675, Model 4926, Model 151.
How to obtain Warranty Repairs:
The unit needs to be securely packed and shipped, PREPAID, to White Instruments*.

*Contact the factory for the nearest Repair Station outside the Continental U.S.A.
*A copy of the sales receipt, or invoice should be included to establish the warranty date. Without it we will have to rely on the serial number, that only reflects the date built.
*A COMPLETE REPORT SHOULD ACCOMPANY THE UNIT DETAILING THE UNIT'S SYMPTOMS.
*Your NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED.
Every effort will be made to complete warranty repairs within ten working days of receipt of the unit. Your unit will be returned via best surface freight, prepaid, unless otherwise requested.
How to obtain out-of-warranty repairs:
For out-of-warranty repairs, the customer will be charged for parts and labor. If the customer requires an estimate of repair charges before repairing the unit, the Customer should notify White Instruments of this upon returning the unit. Every effort will be made to repair the unit within ten working days of receipt. The unit will be returned, C.O.D., unless other arrangements have been made*. We are able to process credit card payments over the telephone or you may make payments via PayPal using the link below.
*Labor rates are $75.00 (seventy-five) per hour, minimum 1 (one) hour.
